What are lead credits used for?
Lead credits are used to unlock direct customer requirements from our public pool. One credit lets you see a client's full contact details and call them immediately. The Pro plan includes 20 bonus credits. Additional credits can be purchased at any time starting from ₹1,499.
How does direct WhatsApp reveal work?
When you are on the Featured Pro or Enterprise VIP plan, customers browsing your profile can click to open a direct WhatsApp chat with you. For Free brokers, customer contact details are gated behind an enquiry form submission.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro plan will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, after which your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
What happens to my listings if my plan expires?
If your subscription expires and your account downgrades to the Free tier, your property listings will be hidden, and your serving localities will be trimmed to your first alphabetical locality. Your data is kept safe, and everything will be restored as soon as you renew.
